Below is a letter from the BCBUA president regarding the cancelled spring season, as it pertains to umpire training.  I have also attached the BCBUA Level 1 and Level 2 umpire training workbooks for those who were planning to attend a training session.  According to Kevin Burk, our BCBUA Okanagan representative,  "BCBUA is working on other means & methods to present the necessary information to our young umpires to not only keep them current but to continue to keep them engaged. "  We will update you when we hear more.
